• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. We'll let you know if we can't fulfill an order.
• Products are made to order and produced through our print partner. Details on timing and returns are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Mentorship is a personal, advisory service. It is offered in good faith to help you grow as a developer or founder, but it does not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or result. Specific scheduling, scope, and payment terms are agreed separately when you enroll.

The content on this Site — text, designs, graphics, logos, and course material — is owned by James Seals or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell it without written permission.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, James Seals is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its services.
