Shipping & Returns
How your order is made, when it ships, and what to do if something isn't right.

Every item in the store is made to order. That means it's printed and produced just for you after you place your order, rather than pulled from a shelf. Here's what to expect.
Production time
Because items are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. You'll get a notification with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Shipping time
- United States: typically 3–5 business days after production.
- International: typically 7–20 business days after production, depending on the destination and customs.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by the carrier, weather, and customs.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Any customs fees or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong, damaged, or defective items
We stand behind what we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is produced specifically for you, we generally can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or an incorrect size ordered. Please check the size guide before ordering. If you're unsure, reach out before you buy and we'll help.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an item has entered production we may not be able to change it, but we'll always do our best.
